Welcome to TikGameX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website https://tikgamex.com, the software, applications, interactive games, updates, and all services offered by TikGameX.
By accessing the site, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the software, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must not use the site or the services offered.
TikGameX is a platform that links the user's public TikTok livestream (identified via username) to a library of games, so that gifts, likes, and new followers received during the livestream trigger configurable in-game actions in real time (e.g. explosions, fireworks, or win events) in the connected game, according to the profile the user sets up in the dashboard. TikGameX is not tied to a single game: the platform's goal is to support multiple games over time.
The game currently supported and available is Minecraft, via a plugin provided by TikGameX (TikGameXBridge, paired with the TikGameX TntCube game plugin) to be installed on a Minecraft server owned by the user. Support for Roblox and additional games is under development: some features shown on the site may not yet be available to all users.
The content of the subscription may change over time. TikGameX reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features, games, and services without this constituting a breach of contract, in compliance with applicable law.
The TikTok username and Roblox ID associated with your account are text you voluntarily enter in the dashboard: this is not an official login or OAuth authentication with TikTok or Roblox, and TikGameX never asks for or receives your login credentials for those platforms. You are responsible for the accuracy of this data. A TikTok username or Roblox ID can only be linked to one TikGameX account at a time.
To use the Minecraft integration, the user must have their own Minecraft server (self-hosted or on third-party hosting) on which to install the plugins provided by TikGameX. TikGameX does not provide game server hosting and is not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of the user's Minecraft server.
Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of the software. The user only acquires a limited licence to use it, governed by these Terms. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of TikGameX or the respective owners.

TikGameX may request additional verification where necessary to confirm identity or prevent unlawful use.
Use of the services is permitted only to users who have the legal capacity to validly enter into contracts under applicable law. If the user is a minor, use of the service is permitted only with the authorisation of a parent or legal guardian, where required by law.
TikGameX offers different subscription plans. Each plan may offer different features, limits, and benefits. Plan details are shown on the site and may be updated over time. Access to content is subject to successful payment.
Subscription prices are shown on the site at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via PayPal; additional payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit/debit cards) may be added in the future and will be clearly indicated as such at checkout.
TikGameX does not store full payment card data. The user authorises the charge of amounts due according to the selected plan. Any applicable taxes or fees will be handled as provided by law and as indicated during the purchase process.
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, all TikGameX subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected period. The renewal amount will be charged using the payment method chosen by the user.
The user may turn off automatic renewal at any time from their personal area or through the payment management system used. Turning it off only prevents future renewals and does not entitle the user to a refund of the period already paid, except as provided by applicable law (see Article 17 — Right of withdrawal).
The user may stop the renewal of their subscription at any time. Cancellation does not automatically delete the account and does not entitle the user to a refund of amounts already paid, except where required by law or expressly stated by TikGameX. At the end of the subscription period, access to subscriber-only services will be suspended.
The user receives a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the software only during the subscription period, in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

The account is personal. Unless otherwise provided by the purchased plan, the user may not share their credentials with other people or allow third parties to use their account. TikGameX reserves the right to suspend or close accounts found to be used in violation of this provision, in compliance with applicable law.
All software, games, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, images, videos, source code (where not expressly released), documentation, and other content on the platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or authorised in writing by TikGameX, any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the content is prohibited.
TikGameX may release updates, bug fixes, new features, or changes to the software. Some updates may require technical changes, reinstallation, or discontinuation of support for previous versions. TikGameX does not guarantee that every update will remain fully compatible with third-party software or services.
The software may interact with third-party services or platforms (e.g. TikTok, Minecraft, Roblox). Unless expressly stated, TikGameX is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the third-party platforms or brands with which the software may be compatible.
The user must also comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party platforms used. Changes, restrictions, interruptions, or modifications introduced by such platforms may affect the software's operation, without this giving rise to any liability on the part of TikGameX.
Under applicable EU consumer law (in Italy, articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005), a user acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, by writing to tikgamex@outlook.com.
By activating the subscription immediately and starting to use the services before the 14-day period expires, the user expressly requests immediate performance of the contract and acknowledges that they will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied, pursuant to applicable law (in Italy, art. 59 of the Consumer Code). Where withdrawal is exercised after the service has been partially used, TikGameX will refund the amount due by law, net of the portion of service already supplied up to the time of the withdrawal notice.
The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuity or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, TikGameX is not liable for interruptions or malfunctions caused by third-party services (e.g. TikTok, Minecraft, Roblox, hosting or payment providers) nor for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
The user may delete their account at any time from the dashboard, with immediate and permanent effect. TikGameX reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, notifying the user where reasonably possible.
TikGameX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the service after an update implies acceptance of the new Terms, within the limits permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For users acting as consumers, any mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, where more favourable, remain applicable, as does the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
